Markus Müller
Managing Director, Chief Investment Officer ESG - Deutsche Bank
Markus Müller is Global Head of the Chief Investment Office International Private Bank (IPB), Deutsche Bank AG. In this role, and as a Managing Director, he represents the house view of Deutsche Bank IPB to the financial markets. Markus is also a member of Deutsche Bank’s Group Sustainability Council.
He began his career at Deutsche Bank in DB Research as executive assistant to the chief economist. He acquired broad international experience, with a focus on the transformation of societies and economies, in particular China. Markus has held teaching posts in corporate finance and economics, being a visiting scholar at the Frankfurt School of Finance and the University of Bayreuth, as well as at the Banking and Finance Academy of the Republic of Uzbekistan in Tashkent.

Susan joined Airbnb from Google, where she spent four years in a variety of roles, including Head of Government & Performance and Head of Agency.
Passionate about entrepreneurial management, she has more than 20 years of experience across the digital, e-commerce, legal, aviation and property sectors.
Susan has held previous positions as Vice President of Groupon and Founder & Manager of Virgin Atlantic’s International Exchange Program, as well as Head of Brand & Retail at AMP Capital, which delivered more than $5 billion in revenue from the firm’s 38 retail assets in Australia and New Zealand.
Susan has an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management and holds a number of board positions, including Non-Executive Director of Centuria Capital Limited.
Maud Bailly

Maud Bailly began her studies in modern literature at the Ecole Normale Supérieure, before continuing with a Master's degree in Public Administration at the Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris. Graduated from the Ecole Nationale d'Administration, she began her career in 2007 at the Inspection Générale des Finances, where she carried out several strategic and financial audit assignments in France and abroad, notably for the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund.
